I spent a couple of hours with the folks from Easy Wood Tools through their virtual AAW symposium Zoom meeting. It was really nice to be able to put faces and voices with name I had only read. We had the opportunity to asks questions directly to the owners of the company, Zoom participants and the demonstrator- Carl Jacobson.

 

During the meeting we were told that Easy Wood Tools is offering free shipping through the end of July for all orders placed directly with them. With shipping costs today, that can be a substantial savings.

 

I was able to see the new second generation parting tool in action. That's one super tool! Learned a lot about proper tool use and the manufacturing of their carbide cutters.
