Awesome work,.....you boys and that joinery stuff ,.....one of these days I gotta commit and dive into it on a project . It really does it for me. This is a fantastic little build

When I was heavy into metal detecting, there was a forum I spent a lot of time on. Maybe you’ve seen some of my pictures here. $1.68, maybe a matchbox car. I would post those pictures on the other site also, so the newcomers would see that not everyone finds a gold ring every time they went out detecting. (Cause it was almost unbelievable how some people never get blanked on outstanding finds  ). Same thing kinda here, so many outstanding woodworkers here. So let me put this into some kind of perspective, YOU are one of the woodworkers whose projects I look at and say. “ Some day I’ll get that good (maybe) “

And, someday soon, I am sure you will be better.  I learned when I was assigned to systems analyst, the best thing you can do is wade in up to your waist and give it your best.  Best lessons come from experience.  Everytime you get a chance, work on a plan.  Try the bandsaw and make some children's toys.  Then try ripping some boards.  Pallet wood denailed makes excellent practice wood.  I used to be on Handyman Club forums and learned tons from folks who posted and knew, so I have tried many things and sometimes I get passing.  Artie, I am wishing with you that you excel in your efforts.
