Worked on this while stuck at home.  Two 4 X 8' - 3/4" sheets of plywood glued together.

Self adhesive edging around the outside edge, several coats of floor quality polyurethane and on 300 lb. capacity wheels.

Exact height for using it as an extension table for my table saw.

Turned out nice. Do you do heavy projects? You might want add a center post  and center wheels to catch the weight. Over time sag will set in

There are cross members under the plywood to prevent any sag.

2 sheets of 3/4" plywood are pretty stiff to begin with ;)

OK, we have a pool going -- how long before the bottom shelf is packed with stuff?

 

I put some poly on  my BCX plywood table top when I made it in January.   It did not last long before it got scratches -- sign of good use, right?
