Mine had a much better price! 

I can get you a better deal on a good used Shopsmith, which you won't have to change the belts around, it converts into other tools and parts are readily available.  Forgot to say that the speed is changeable with just a dial.

I don't mind changing belts around, that's ALL it takes to change from one machine to another. 

 

...So you want the speeds changeable with a dial?  Will a crank handle do? 

 

...Now, where did I stash that variable speed Reeves drive pulley, and adjustable motor plate from that old 40-440 Scroll Saw? 

 

......Thanks for the idea, this will let me get below 37.5 RPM on the lathe, and some real slow DP speeds!
