Ordered three knobs for my bandsaw yesterday, at end of day, and this morning I received an email from Shopsmith stating the ordered was filled and shipped, and I got a USPS tracking number on top of that, I have heard horror stories of Shopsmith shipping and how long it takes, I have ordered items from Shopsmith about 4 or 5 times, and have had this same experience as I had with these knobs. Quick and great communication.

Just my humble opinion, and giving Shopsmith kudos. We always hear the bad stories, rarely do folks say anything when it all goes right. :)

    While I don't order much from the mother ship, when I have, it's always a quick turn around. Never have had a hassle.
