You can actually buy wheels for the Sorby separately , don't know about the wagner but it is not near as costly as the Sorby.

I don't see a problem making the wheels. I have hundreds of small gears.

I'll just grind them to a point... Here is just a few.

That could work. Just remember only one side is beveled and that is the side that does the design.

I don't think it matters which side but having a bevel, as opposed to 2 bevels coming to a point, will affect the "look" of the texturing.

I'll be making different kinds of wheels... Small sprockets might work...

The significant part is that the bevel side does the decoration and the long bolt is on the other side because it will interfere with the process. Yes I tried it that way just not good.
