    Thanks Artie.  Last (I hope) phase of this remodel will be kinda-sorta my own project.  It will be a re-do of the garage.  A lot of popcorn texture has come off the ceiling and it needs a coat of paint to get it freshened up.  And I also have a long list of shop projects to do, and yard projects, and... the list never stops :WonderScratch:
