November 8, 20196 yr Popular Post Used to remember when a Friday meant something good was going on....being Retired, every day is either a Friday....or a Monday..... Anything planned for the weekend? Veterans' Day being Monday..... I might see IF I can add to this pile... Might be working too hard, for a FRIDAY?
November 8, 20196 yr Popular Post Ain't it the truth about Fridays, there were more important to me before I retired as well. Anyway, I've given the varnish on my desk about 4 days to cure out a little....hope to wet sand it smooth today.
November 9, 20196 yr Popular Post Working in the kitchen. Cul-de-sac fish fry this afternoon that I am looking forward to. LSU-AL game this afternoon and Georgia game this evening. Have a step ladder that I will likely make 100 trips up and back before the fun starts... Son coming in for a visit on Sunday, hope to kick around a few ideas with him - some for me, some for him. May go to Denny's on Monday for a free breakfast... After weeks of building kitchen cabinets, the uppers have been hung. Will be working on the fascia and moulding before installing the lower cabs.

November 10, 20196 yr Got another set of 4 LED lights yesterday, so now I have 8 in stock. Made the mounting blocks for them and started adding them to my 10x10 addition where the lathes and mitersaw station are located. Got 6 hung but the wiring is just hanging, have to clean that up tomorrow all nice and neat. The other two get mounted in the main shop. More upgraded lighting in two spots I want to be better.
