August 2, 20197 yr comment_197605 This appears to be just part of the tool. Looks like the pivot end of a tool and the business ends were pressed onto the serrated ends which are missing. August 2, 20197 yr comment_197646 Wire winder...there is a "feeder" hole going through the block on the leg closest to the camera....pass the wire through, give the tool a few turns, and the wire end goes onto a terminal...How big a loop is set by how wide the legs are spread....Then, to release the "coil" just close the legs back up. Might be a tool made by Klein? Report
