I've been getting out in the shop to work on the TV cabinet with electric fireplace.

I set up the router table and got some trim made. Getting the doors glued together now.

Very nice!!! I like it a lot already.

You might consider starting your own thread for this project to keep us updated on the progress. I'll certainly follow along.

Was there a tee stuck under the valve? Did you consult your Caddie how he/she would play the hole?

Maybe you should have whacked it a couple of times with a 9 iron...of course you would be 2 over par for that.

I hate plumbing or electrical work. They both end up leaking. :BugEyeSmiley:

In all seriousness he is a introvert.  Will watch, observe, and possibly engage with new people or groups after a time, or not at all.  Smart though, and has a creative streak.

Progress thus far today.  My trusty apprentice has learned the art of mounting drawer slides, then the drawer, then to find he still has a slight variance out of level despite the best of marks.  No problem I have shown him a few tricks that bring level back to perfect.  Once shown he had the others done in no time.  Now if I could keep up with cutting down old drawers to the new size as fast as he gets the slides mounted we would be done.  Thankfully he needed to go cut grass at home so I get a few hours of break.  I am using a few of the old drawers for the moment to keep from having so much stuff displaced at one time.  The plan is to replace these with new ones two at a time.  By end of the day everything will be moved in and if I want inserts made I have time to do so.

We started last night taking out right side drawers.  I wondered where some of those plastic bags I had went!!

Got 3 of the new drawers mounted last night before calling it quits.  Nice and level and only one drawer slide needed a shim.

So far today we have all but the last two drawers mounted.

Nice and level, just like we wanted.

Finished up the day with all drawers installed, no major problems and everything is in its place per the diagram.  With some ROOM to spare even!!

Have to work on drawer fronts next few days as well as manufacture 5 more drawers.  But for the moment everything is useable as is so it can stay put till that gets done.  Work on the door for the hideaway brush cabinet will continue tomorrow.

The new drawer slides are self close.  Which is nice, time will tell if I like them or not.  One note for using them.  You will use a knob of some kind because they require a tug to open.  We used some circle hole cut outs for the moment to get a grip to open drawer.
