In the process of setting up much needed dust collection to a bench on the far forgotten side of the shop.  As always this was a small project that progressed into more and more upgrades to get the end result desired.

Use more only if you dare.

spent my morning doing PT and running errands til 1:30. No shop time as we are having a Christmas party Friday and now the wife is sick. Then I will be working tomorrow toward that new Sig P320 rx. Guess I will be cleaning house most of the week.

morning doing PT

Gerald, what do you do for your PT in the morning? I am seriously curious, not being facetious but actually looking for ideas. Our own Admin Ron Dudelston has turned into the bastion of great fitness lately, it's great to see folks working their bodies.

Not a work out going to physical therapy for sciatic pain. Not fun but not fatal. For my regular workout I use the Schwinn Airdyne.  But they are out of business now.Have not been doing that for last three weeks as too much going on with getting Christmas ready, demoing at MS AG Museum and getting cleaned up for a party. Used to do pushups and sit ups but my shoulder will not let me do that.

Might as well chime in here.  I used to run but my doc asked me gently (told me) to quit running.  At my age it is too rough on my knees.  I opted to ride.  I have a Schwinn 170 which is a lot like the Airdyne.   Depending in on the day, I’ll ride anywhere from 12 to 20 miles.  I feel great for a geezer.

Over the weekend and this week.

I've been cleaning the really dirty shop that I let go way too long.

Need to get it cleaned for future projects. Whatever that may be????:WonderScratch:

Found a project while I'm cleaning.

I made some platforms for my sander and planer. Now I can roll them around when I need them!!

I have one more platform to make and then it's back to cleaning.

I got planer parts and pieces (love that song) all over the bench. Got 18, that's half, of the carbide cutters removed off the new head. Gotta take them all off to get it back in the machine. Then, after replacing all those parts and pieces, they all have to be reseated at 45 inch pounds. That's for tomorrow.
