she's my neighbor... and a world class pastry chef...

we experiment a lot too...

we don't use (barely any) refined sugar, salt, processed meat nor any artificial sweeteners...

it's either harvested or green house grown...

Yes they do...even after ~20 years, I'm still trying to adjust to the bi-focals...tri's would put me in a tizzy.
