I never have a bad day in the shop, sometimes I turn on the wrong turn signal. If I want a real bad day I'll go in the house and turn on the TV and see how folks are having bad days all over the world and now I'm OK in the shop.

FWIW, when you think about it, nightmares are dreams too

Nightmares ceased shortly after the second wife moved out. 

It's all a matter of perspective.

There are so many times in my life when things were not all good. I went a war and I returned to a high pressure job that put so much pressure on me 24/7 for 38 years. It took me 6 months of retirement for my wife to say,"you are now the man I married so many years ago"

 

My shop.......my retreat......my world.......my fun.

If you are having one of those less than good days,do this: stop and think of some gal you have had less than a positive experience----say thank God you are not married to her.

 

When I was in the service a friend had an expression..."Bite a frog's head off early in the morning - nothing worse will happen to you the rest of the day"
