July 12, 20187 yr I built a bench/cabinet for my previous SCMS so, switching to the Bosch was a snap. There's nothing directly behind it. The Chopshop saw hood hangs behind it, over that unused hunk of iron jointer. Without the hood, the sawdust would accumulate on that jointer. And, by Jove, we just can't have that.
July 20, 20187 yr Author I was just down at Lowes. They still have a bunch of saws for $399.00 but the took the sign down for the free stand.
