We all have seen the Studley Tool Chest, here is another close up of the masterfully planned and highly organized chest.

The Patriot Woodwiki has as well started a wiki page for Henry Studley

I love to have the name Studley.   Then they could call me Studley Dudley. Today is get new phones day.   Our old iPhone 5c is getting slow to we're moving up to 8's. Shopwise, I'm build an oak bookcase just for fun.  Don't have a buyer (yet) but I had a half sheet of oak plywood in my way.

Finished all the mowing Friday plus other outside work. SA, bought another used air compressor; between t-storms got some cleaning/ organizing done in the garage. Yesterday was a bust...t-storms mostly all day with 3.4" of rain plus nearly another 1/2" during the night so...mowing/trimming will commence again soon once the monsoon season subsides.

A lot of running around today beyond normal...return rental car, pick-up truck (can be driven but not fixed...whole other story)...swim meets & baseball games on tap also this week. Remainder TBD.

@Ron Dudelston my provider gave me a new SE free because the old 5C will not sync with new network. I actually got a small cabinet done in the shop and have ideas for 4 more. Cabinets allow me to clear counters and other flat surfaces and keep the dust down more easily.

We got the "Pack Rat" container dropped off to my house on Friday. It is 16'x8'x'8 and it sure makes my life easier. It took me about 90 minutes to transfer all the boxes that we have been packing and taping and storing in our family room as well as the stuff stored in our shed. The one good thing working for Coca Cola as a delivery driver for a number of years is that the 2 wheeled hand truck skills came right back to me. I will finish up the loading over the next few days and should have it ready for them to pick it up and move it to their local indoor air conditioned storage facility. Once we get things squared away in Kentucky we will contact them to have it transported to our new home for me to unload. Cost for the container and transport is $3,550 which is much better than than any other company I looked at. If it takes more than a month then they will charge me $250 per month for storage fees which is not too bad. The only down side is that I have to stay within a 5,000 lb. cargo weight limit and I do have to pack my up my tools and my rolling tool chest. When we do head out from California we will be renting U-Haul trailer to take our personal stuff that we will need to set up in our new home. So if the weight is too much with my tools in the container I will have to get a bigger U-Haul.

I pulled all the stuff down that was on top of the kitchen cabinets yesterday and some of the stuff in the cabinets that were too high for Tami to reach. Our daughter will be taking a lot of our dishes when she moves out the end of the month. We have been working on getting all of the blinds down and cleaned up as well as taking off all the screens and cleaning them as well as the windows. Since we have a 2 story I got an extendable pole and squeegee from Home Depot so I can get those windows that I cannot reach. Today I will be working on hosing down the house to get all of the cobwebs out of the stucco. So busy, busy, busy.

How do you know how much it weighs? You are  busy folks, wears me out just thinking about moving. It will all be worth the effort in the end though.

Allen, I can't imagine moving. We've lived in this house for 50 years. I want my next move to be to Park Lawns Cemetery.

Busy catching up on stuff that accumulated while we were gone. Filing insurance claims for three Dr. visits. Phyl took out trip insurance before we left. Glad she did. Cruise ship Docs don't take medicare. We don't have a fax so, a trip to town is necessary.

Might get back in the shop tomorrow.

Thanks for the "nod" John, very flattered by it.
