Hey! I could make those (Beer Tote)

For that $$ you should make a couple dozen. Maybe $10 in material.

Richard, I went ahead and added some relevant tags to your topic, so folks can search this topic at a later date. You'll see the tags beer, tote, redwood, etc etc. We are trying to get you guys to tag your content so future visitors will be able to find it and enjoy your topic!:)

I also modified your title, by adding (Beer Tote) to garner more interest in your topic.

Please also consider adding an actual image to your topic instead of just a link, links don't last forever, but that image will!

No interest in making the carrier, but I'd love to make the contents!

You certainly can make those, and they are an easy little project too.

Here are a couple that I made for my son a few years ago.  I wanted them to look like I had found them in an antique shop or flea market.

A few years earlier I had made him a set of glassware with the JM logo.  I need for him to photo the two together for me.

I like getting the bottles to the recycling stage.

No bottles were ever allowed at our places at the lake or anywhere else for that matter......

Does 45$ seem a little steep to anyone else but me and Gene?

Cal that's a pretty good rendition of aging something....Did you also use square nails?

It is but not everyone has a nail gun and a saw.  Guy down the street doesn't own his own socket set.  Has always paid to have everything fixed.

Kraft Beer is all the rage right now.  It pretty much all comes in bottles.

you guys forget about kegs???

Ponies maybe. A keg is way more than my parties could consume. There were 300+ at our son's wedding reception and we didn't get through two ponies. And the guests were NOT tee totalers, for sure.

Now that is a cool idea with all the small breweries opening up.

Hummm....

My cousins and I used to float a keg every year at the family reunion.  Used to is the key word here.  Couple of cases is more than enough for a few years now.  Attendance is waning.

Kinda sorta Jess, I think I used a nail gun on it...

@John Moody If I read your thought bubble correctly... and you have some craft breweries nearby; a more likely possibility and/or accompanying piece is a beer flight.  Essentially a small serving tray to hold 4 or 5 juice glass size "sample glasses".  All of the breweries that I have been to, if they have a bar or tasting room sell either full glasses of their beer or flights.

Some are shaped like a long paddle, for my version I dropped the handle for easier storage.
