First Christmas ornaments this year and a couple bowls

It's amazing how much easier it is to get in the shop when the heat lets up a little, yard has stopped making hay as well. I've had some things in the pipeline and sprayed a few of them this morning. A couple more natural edge walnut bowls and some hollow globe ornaments. Ornament globes are all sycamore, maple, or segmented plywood. Finials are walnut and maple. Thanks for looking.

WOW!  Those are beautiful.  The finials are perfect.

Truly great work, fine delicate finials. The bottom of the live edge bowl with the burned in design is really unique.

...and what Christmas gifts these are going to be!

The colors and contrast on the ornaments are beautiful

You certainly transformed a couple of chunks of walnut into pieces of beauty.

Thanks for sharing with us!

Very, very nice!!

WOW, just wow.

Here while back someone said not to brag about anyones work for they might hoop over to that better wood site.

Okay I won't but hey they do look great and I can tell he is married to his lathe.

I wonder what site he was talking about???

Now that is art!  Wow, very impressive.  I would love to be the recipient of one of those ornaments.

Super nice Steve!  I wouldn't be on your Christmas list, would I?

Most of us probably meander to other sites to reaffirm our satisfaction with this one. I don't think I would miss the others; although I still miss Wood's and when my subscription ends, they will miss me. Thanks for all the work you guys do to keep this one going!

Those belong in a museum!  Wow
