February 9, 20179 yr comment_96905 Just got an email this morning from a fellow in a town about 15 miles away that wants to give away a large maple tree that just blew down on his property says it has a lot of burly wood in it. Probably get cut up for fire wood. Burly maple burns good in a fire place, tough one to split though, splits better when it is green. VOE Herb Report
