Many years ago, I made the cinnamon rolls with my kids every Christmas.  It was always something my mom made for the holidays.  Since then it's become a tradition with grandkids as soon as they're old enough to start tossing raisins on.   Now, it seems like about every visit they ask to make them.

I wish you were closer and could join me in a sweet tea!

Dave is about an hour west of me John.  I'll have to kidnap him on my next trip south.  Dave, it's an easy 7 hours to John's house.

Probably closer to 2-1/2 hours West Ron...it was 100 mile exactly, drive-way to drive-way when the kids lived on the East edge of Marion.; 1:50 if I didn't stop at Casey's or McD's in Tipton; exactly 2 hours from our drive to Ball Memorial Hospital driving reasonably close to the speed limit (where 2nd grandson was delivered).

The main questions are: "Would I get a TPW tee-shirt to wear? ....and do I get my own bag of M&M's? Reece's Pieces is an acceptable substitute though.  I would have to brush up on my "Southernese" a bit, but can speak enough to get by. :P

Dave, I could probably get you a shirt and the M&M are free.  I happen to speak fluent "y'all" so I could school you on the trip down.  Probably by Etown you'd be fluent.  As for armament, bring it.  The more the merrier.

If you don't bring the armament we have enough to loan you one while you're here.

M&M's or Reese's are no problem!!

:P:D:P Well as long as we wouldn't be violating any law by having two Hoosiers in Alabama at the same time...I mean free M&M's and sweet tea is hard to turn down for any reason.

Just so you know, I'm left handed so everything is backwards to me... Only skirted the upper borders of Alabama from Tennessee to Georgia before but have spied on it from Rock City a few times. :D

Well you were not too far away. You might have seen me if you looked in the right direction. I am in the corner of the state on the West side.

I think I have enough pull to get passes for both of you.
