October 5, 20169 yr Well, it's been a busy few days. Sunday was our club's monthly meeting and it's time to elect officers. I was nominated for president, which is bad but worse, I was the only nominee. So, it looks like I'm a lock though I haven't checked the Vegas odds. Not something I really want but the club is important to me so I'll do my best. Today, I committed to doing a little show in Nov. something I've not done to this point. LOTS to get lined out and I don't really have a clue how to go about most of it. For anyone who has done shows, any and all suggestions and/or advice is appreciated. Steve
October 5, 20169 yr Well of course, any show that is done, should have Patriot Woodworker banners flying from every corner of the booth!
October 6, 20169 yr Congratulations Mr. President! Sounds like a PAC group got together and determined you were the right choice. Remember, the key to being a great leader is to learn how to delegate. Should be at least one perk to the position.
October 6, 20169 yr You will make a good president. You have the heart for and knowledge of woodturning. It will consume some of your time though.

The bee farm that sells my mason jar honey dippers is hosting some of their vendors for a fall barn show. Definitely a very small venue but small is good I think. If you do face book here is a link to their page. The Autumn Barn Sale at the the Bee Hive Steve
