Aww shucks. I really wanted to see how you calculated that angle. But, T and E by the owner makes sense.  

That pivot is going to be interesting and head scratching woodworking, too. 10' on a pivot....I gotta see this.

The new ramp will be 10' long so the clock can run 4-5 days before being reset. The picture shows the example clock and ramp that I have to pull details from. 

 

The clock I have is an antique that has not been repaired yet, but it allows me to get all the dimensions for design from it.
