Breakfast Table in SketchUp

Featured Replies

I have been spending a bit of time lately working with SketchUp. I have tried it several times before I just couldn't get it going, but for some reason, the light bulb finally came on and I am starting to get the hang of it.

I have the table that I have been working on so I thought it would be a good test for me to see if I could get it drawn in sketchUp.

Things are starting to come together, although I did some things the hard way, I am beginning to pick it up.

So now if I can make the table look like the drawing, all will be good.

Looks Good, John!

I'm going to attempt to make a cabinet with cambriole legs. Drawing them in Sketchup may be a challenge!

I don't think I am ready for those yet Lew. But I will be looking forward to see what you come up with.

Good job, John

Pretty soon you should write a tutorial for us

I would love to Fred, but I am doing good to make it work for me. I am getting it done, but probably not the most efficient way.
