Wholly Cow Rob! Those are beautiful. The character, the tone, the design, art, pure art. Thanks for the tip, I am leaning that way, I don't want the knots popping out on the future owner. Thanks.

CA glue is what turners use.

John.........my fix doesn't help you with your dilema, but, the middle drawer on the left of this dresser has a knot hole just about 3" off dead center. I had to use that board because it was the only 8" walnut board I had and didn't want to glue up. Anyway, I got on the internet and found the perfect size pulls to cover my hole. Yup, the hardware for this dresser and 2 nite stands cost me over $200.00. Don't make sense does it. A wlanut board would have cost maybe $20.00................but I got'r done!!!!ning-walnutdresserdovetailsshowing-48924 This photo is the unfinished dresser.
