March 28, 201115 yr Larry I wasn't aware TAW had no spell checker. When ever I misspell a word here at TAW it shows up with a red line under it and I right click it to get the correct spelling. That being said, it could be the spell check program I download from the internet years ago that spell checks most anything you type these dialogue boxes on the internet. Here's a link to one.http://www.iespell.com/Larry Jenkins said:Well, I'll try once more. Had a reply half written and it went away, so here goes again.. I have returned to TAW after a long absence due to some issues that are not important now. Some of the original Gang will know what this means.I'm still old.  Me and Ralph.. Gonna be 80 this October and I'm still some what opinionated about several issues, but I promise to try to be more civil and understanding. I have some comments. Because I joined John's rather thrilling adventure when it first started, we went though some depressing times trying to get new members and kicking each other with start-up and protocol issues to the point of getting a little irrational at times. I really wondered sometimes if TAW would fly..  But that's past history. Upon my return, I am very impressed with the very positive changes in TAW and the very nice membership numbers John has. No spell checker, yet. (Smile, John..) I have many woodworking designs I would like to share plus images of our Model House and the Model Shop projects if any of you are interested. Thanks John for allowing me to return. Larry Jenkins Â
March 31, 201115 yr Author Well it took me almost a week to get up my progress pictures. First Friday Craft show is this Friday evening and I need to finish a few cutting boards to build up my inventory and replace a few sales that came in during the month. Â They are still wet with Mineral Oil but will get wiped down before Friday. Three sizes, large, medium and small. Â Sorry about the quality of the picture, I didn't setup my picture booth so I got glare on them and they don't show up all that great. I have just got them on stickers on my cross cut sled. Â Another weekend about to be here, can't slow down now.
March 31, 201115 yr Looking good John, really like the design. Question...the board on the far right, is that a single (large) cutting board? -Ace-
March 31, 201115 yr Author Yes, it is a large size 17" x 11 3/4" the medium ones are 12" x 11 3/4" and the small ones are 8" x 113/4". All of these are cherry, walnut and maple. One medium and one small is cherry and maple. I'll get some better pictures tonight.  Ace HoleInOne said:Looking good John, really like the design. Question...the board on the far right, is that a single (large) cutting board? -Ace-

April 1, 201115 yr Author Here are the pictures of the last batch of cutting boards. Â Â Okay I will may another post later today for this weekend so get ready to give an update.
April 1, 201115 yr I like your boards John. I hope you sell many this weekend. As for me, I have an antiques child's rocker to repair if I get time. It looks like it was in a bar room brawl because one arm is broken. Since there's no hurry on it I'll probably spend the day with my baby boy who turns 34 tomorrow.
April 1, 201115 yr No denying who handcrafted those boards. The sign says so.  Nice... Job!!! Thanks for the pic's  -Ace-
