Congratulations on finding a shop that will carry your items.  Making the items and then trying to market them too can be difficult  There just aren't enough hours in the day.

We've had 3 real cold nights this week Frown.gif, like low 20's to high teens, so I spent those nights catching up on sleepGrin.gif. It's time to start playing catch up on some stuff I need to get done to build up some inventory. I have a gift shop in a local theater / art gallery that is wanting to carry some of my small stuff on consignment.

All I ended up doing since I worked Sat., was that I went wood scrounging Grin.gif. One of my friends from church makes guitars, and he told me back at the beginning of Dec. to come by his house and clean out his scrap bins, he had gone through them and needed to either toss his scrap or give it to me. Well needless to say I said hand it over. So I spent a couple hours there talking wood, learning about guitar making, and getting a bunch of his scrap which is usable wood to me, including, black walnut, sapele, zebra wood, butternut, rock maple, curly maple, paduck and a bunch of teak. A while back this guy had bid on a batch of sapele in an online foreclosure auction, he got 90 bd. ft. of 8/4 for $110, and it was only a 2 hr drive away. And he threw in a box of wooden toy parts that someone had given him sevearl years ago and he had no use for, a bunch of wheels, axle pegs and such.

Yep John, this is exactly the kind of pieces that I need. I plan on making him a guitar mini clock out of some of it.
