this model is Fletcher glass cutter 1964 model one of the first they built and came out of their factory.. still working strong..

Jigs on the top left are for miniture picture frames I build. 3" X 5" 4"x6"  and the lower jigs I built to mass produce (glue up) my miniture flag cases. these hold the soldiers pocket flags.

Like those little pocket flag jigs! Neat idea needing only one clamp!

Yes and while they are still clamped I drill and countersink and add #4 stanless screw in the bottoms


I use allot of my cut off (scrap) material to build these lil things and once they are all put together they are quick to sand/finish out


 


the little picture frame jigs are quick and easy also.. just tighten up the screws that press the glued frames all togther and an hour later I can remove and add another frame
