July 2, 201214 yr WE DID IT! We made the initial requirements of acquiring a minimum of 250 votes and surpassing it at 588 votes! Thanks to all of you we can now be in the next phase of consideration by the Powers That Be - The Panelists:  who will decide which 12 small businesses that have the most potential will be awarded the grants. Unfortunately we have to wait until September 15, 2012 for notification.Again, if you know a Veteran or are one, you may contact me about our discount for Veterans for a custom cane or to be put on the List for Donations for future distribution should you be unable to afford a cane and are unable to procure a cane through the VA system.Big Stick Canes thanks you!
