Got this stand from a turner estate. Today go started on repurposing it to a tool stand and drawer unit. The top on it is hinged and was going to use that as a slanted tool each but changed that to flat surface to hold project parts and upright tool stand for tools in use. Got to order the drawer slides and build drawers. I really think this was a stool before the hinged top was added.

I recently made (2) mobile carts for my shop. They are not complete but are functional. The router cart has a Kreg table, Kreg fence, JessEm Mast-R-II lift, Milwaukee 5625 3-1/2 hp router and a Rockler switch. In the bottom drawer I am housing my Porter Cable 4216 Dovetail jig system. My future plan is to provide additional dust collection and improve storage for router bits and accessories. The 2nd cart supports my Delta 10” Side-kick sliding compound miter saw. The saw has built-in extensions. In the bottom drawer I am housing my sharping equipment. My future plan is to improve the storage functionality. Danl

Compressor and Hose Reel Tote
Cliff posted a topic in Machinery, Tools, Research, Reviews and Safety
Stumbled across this on Facebook. I bought a little compressor to drive the Pneumatic nail gun I bought to build the shed I just poured a slab for. I think this is a fabulous idea and I'm going to build one but it needs much much much bigger wheels to be trundled across my redneck rural yard out to the back of my pool every day. A couple of scrap kid's bicycles should provide the needed wheels. -
This past Sunday I ordered the Shop Fox Mini Base for my Grizzly G0555 Band Saw. I have had my band saw up on casters for years, and it's always been a tad high. The casters are about 3" tall, so the band saw is kind of a good fit for a 6' tall woodworker at this point, I am only 5'-9". Also when pushing material through the resaw blade, the band saw wants to walk and rock a bit because of the height of the casters, so am hoping the low profile mobile base will stabilize the saw. I should be getting it this Thursday, I'll let ya all know how it feels and works!

A daughter gave my wife this as a gift. Its made from forks and spoons and eating things. So since we only have two or three of each to eat with I used wood instead.. I didn't think I would waste too many trees with this thing even though I added a few more fishing necessaries.. After looking it over while hanging up there I might should have put the oars farther up front for they look like his skinny legs where I put them... This is a picture of my fishing for all the big ones are still in the water..By the way , that is an exact photo of me in my own boat wife took some time ago. Didn't catch nothing that day.....
