Shutters I designed using the rockler shutter jig I ordered online. The lumber is 2x6 white pine stained provincial with clear cabot satin finish.

I remember a New Yankee Workshop episode where "Norm" built a set of jigs to do this. I'll bet the Rockler jigs made it a lot easier!!

Yes lew its not too bad but one thing. You have to have your thinking cap on. Also they have a design wizard so no guessing. Plug in measurement and it calculates it.
