Private Tiffany Morris (US ARMY)

Our newly graduated US Army soldier, Private Tiffany Morris. This day was the actual graduation day from Fort Jackson on January 30th, after the ceremony we found ourselves exploring Columbia South Carolina with our new soldier, and we found this beautiful river called the Congaree River, we took a walk along the riverside and under the Gervais Street Bridge, almost a century old the bridge is, the architecture was really wonderful. We had a great day with our soldier, hours later we had to drop her off and say our goodbyes, then she left to AIT.

Hey John, where will Private Morris be for AIT?  And how long is that training expected to take?

Hi John, my wife is stationed here in PA (I am on board what we call the USS Backyard, old navy slang for I get to stay home...) and my son is stationed at Whiteman AFB in Missouri.  Long drive but well worth it to see the family and my grandson ;-)

Cal, she is now at Monterey for her AIT, a beautiful campus! My goodnes, she really lucked out. She is at the Defense Language Institute where she'll learn a a culture and new language over the next 1 year. Then she goes to work for real!
