2'burnt pine end table

A little pine end table with minimal effort. Used kreg jig and pin nails. Something off the top of my head. Sold already lol. Thanks for looking!

The flame finish really adds a lot of character and accents the grain. What finish do you add to protect the wood after burning?

Hi lew!

The finish after that is helmsman satin with about two coats. I do my tops like that for water protection. Never know about spilled drinks etc. Its a tiny bit rough but I don't have room for a finish area which its getting by for now.

Oh and the helmsman really pops grain out too especially with burning.
