February 8, 201313 yr Well folks, we have had some wonderful activity on the Lt Fallon home front in the past couple weeks! Lt Fallon is receiving quite a bit of machinery thanks to some very special folks. I would like to thank Dino Makropoulos of Eureka Zone Tools for donating an entire suite of Track Saw tools. Dino has included the entire track and table system along with a Makita power saw and a Makita Router to compliment the track system. Please see image below. Thank you Dino!!!!! Dino is a Greek immigrant and he is a very proud citizen of the USA where he came over about 12 years ago, started his own business from nothing, and made the American dream come true. His track saw systems are making waves around the nation. If you go to his PAGE here on The Patriot Woodworker you'll read in his profile the following. "I wasn't born in the usa.i was born across the sea.but i fell in love with a beautiful lady and usa has grown on me.and no' one can tell me I don't have the rightto love you my lady as much as I do.when you open your heart and you show me the light,You give me the right to be in love with you." Dino Makropoulos When I talked to Dino on the phone a couple weeks ago, I asked him who the lady was he was talking about in his profile, he said it was the Statue of Liberty he was talking about, I almost teared up. Dino is symbolic of immigrants who come here to be American, live American, and take advantage of The American Dream. Dino, if you're reading this, we welcome you to your country with wide open arms. Thank you for making America a better place Dino. And once again, thank you for your donation to Lt. Fallon's shop! February 8, 201313 yr Way to go Dino!!!!Honestly guys and gals you owe it to yourself to check out the track saw forum and learn about the Dead Wood Concept that Dino has taken to heart.  (The folks on the forum are open minded about track saws in general.)  This is a much safer way to work, but does require that we think outside the traditional box to operate safer while still producing quality heirloom products.  It is enlightening to work without fear of kickback and exposed rotating blades.  I know 1LT Fallon will enjoy his new system.Clicking on the photo will take you pictures of the system that Dino donated.  If you are interested in his products go to http://eurekazone.com/ the track saw forum is http://tracksawforum.com/.  I am in no way related to Dino except to be a satisfied customer and I do subscribe to the track saw forum.  I just happen to believe in the Dead Wood Concept and feel that spreading the good word is helpful to the hobby as a whole.Jim
