As you all know by now we had some action happen over the last two weeks. Seems like all I need to do anymore is get sick for a couple weeks, sleep it all off, wake up and we have a shop for our Marine!!!

This is a really neat story. It all started when the New Foundland Wood Worker father and son team donated funds for Lt Fallon's shop. Here is the story "A Boy Donates Funds to Our Lt Fallon's Shop". This donation allowed us to get to know these two fantastic patriot woodworkers, Michael and his Son Matthew Agate.

Now, in the process, Michael introduced us to another woodworker and a wounded warrior, and most recently our own member Nate Meadows. Michael thought that Nate with his contacts would be able to help us out furthering our cause for Lt Fallon's shop.

Nate, made a few phone calls, and got Laguna Tools and Machinery involved and then Catherine Helshoj Vice President of Laguna Tools contacted us a week ago and asked what can they do for our Marine. Little unbeknownst to us, Nate and Catherine had it all worked out before she even came aboard with us, and Catherine donated the following to Lt Fallon's Shop!

LT14 x 14 SUV Bandsaw

A dust collector, model to be determined yet but similar to the following.

A combo machine jointer/planer, similar to the following

and, they also teamed up with some anonymous donors to produce a Saw Stop for Lt Fallon!!!! The Saw Stop was on top of Lt Fallon's list for obvious reasons. Great job guys!!!!!!

Our hat off to Michael and Matthew for bringing us all together and Nate Meadows for his team work with Catherine Helshoj of Laguna Tools. Without these three groups of folks, we would might never have seen Lt Fallon's shop come together as it has for him. Laguna Tools are true patriots.

Thank you guys for all you have done for our Marine, this could not get any better.

By the way, Nate has a couple more surprises up his sleeves I believe, something about a custom made Dovetail Saw for the Lt and another item we will honor in it's own individual post by Kreg.
