February 13, 201313 yr  I'd like to, but that is a three hour drive away.  I do have the old Rockwell tool factory sitting about three blocks to the north of me. maybe set up a secondary site?   Then I can just walk to work....ps: The old factory is sitting empty and unused.Planer?
