Let me suggest (highly) that you get a new hose for spraying as opposed to using an old hose. You can get one cheap at Harbor Freight and they will not have any dirt or oil residue in them from previous use.



50' x 3/8" hose at HF is $11.99. Then you will have to add on the male/female connectors so figure on about $20 total.
