26" Crescent Band Saw

Featured Replies

Aldric, welcome to the forum. You won't find parts readily available for a Crescent saw, other than the stock parts used such as bearings. Check this write up over on Vintage Machinery about the company. Crescent was sold and eventually became Rockwell. Still, a crescent band saw is well worth restoring and we (I) would love to see some pictures of yours.

Welcome to the forum Aldric.

Depending upon the model it may have poured Babbit Bearings. Parts are available on the used market.

Some parts you may be able to adapt from other machines. Some you may have to fabricate.
