September 3, 201411 yr A while back I was ask to turn a couple of bullets for a special outdoor piece for a retired military veteran. They brought me this milk can that will be the shell casing. I have a couple of Cedar logs and thought they might hold up to the outdoors weather better than some things. This is all going to be painted to look like a shell and bullet. So I started turning and shaping the bullet part out of the cedar. This log was quite old, but was still wet on the inside as I turned it But it all came together and it slides down inside the shell casing. The casing will be filled with sand so make it heavy and keep it from turning over easily I'm not sure what caliber this will be but it is big and heavy
