Still working on getting that mess cleaned up. Water looked like mud after the storm so had to pull all the plants, and Mopani wood to rinse them while working around the fish. (Endlers Livebearers) Been agitating the water and running it through filter floss to remove the silt. Dug a moat around the pond that is filled with about a 2" layer of sand that I'll be adding a gravel/stone layer above that will hopefully keep it from happening again. (Like a French Drain) Added a bulk-head fitting to the pond this morning to keep the water level from over flowing the pond edge. I'm sure I'm forgetting a few things, but those were just the highlights. Report
