9 hours ago9 hr Picked up a maple board for edge banding the doors and drawer fronts. Wanted to use wood rather than the iron on strips for a bit more durability. Dug out my thin glue line rip blade which worked great and allowed me to get a bit more mileage as the blade width is less. Will be back to my plywood blade tomorrow to work on the doors and drawer fronts.
4 hours ago4 hr Did the demo for woodturning club Saturday on kitchen utensils. Was worn out so took the rest of the day off. Sunday took a 3 hour drive with wife to her 1st cousin's 100th birthday celebration.Today started back on cleaning out the ditch. Sure is a lot of sawbrier to dig out, some big as a dinner plate. Oh for you city boys. Sawbrier are just about impossible to get rid of and have a terminal bulb that can get very large. Some I have dug up are as much as 2 feet underground.Got into shop this afternoon and got my demo tools put away. Started on more drawers for the pantry. Got parts cut . More Wednesday as tomorrow is another story.
