I've been having trouble logging to the VA healthcare system. It seems to be running into a security "loop" and it can't break free or resolve the issue.

Is anyone else here having issues?

However, MyVetHealth has been moved to VA.gov

I used "ID.Me" as the authentication method. Password and Passkey worked.

When I tried the "Logmein" method I did get caught in a loop. But not sure if I was still logged in through ID.me.

This seems to work- Go directly to "VA.gov" and login there. MyVetHealth has a link at the upper right that worked for me. I used "ID.me" as the authentication method.

I had to change to VA.gov.

Tech support walked me through the fix, I had to clear the browsers cache. First time for everything, I guess.
