I made this box out of Pine. Everything is wood except this brass snap clasp on the front.

I made it with handcut dovetail work and a flush invisible hinge.

I also hand cut a Classic Ogee profile around the lid perimeter using the moulding planes that I made.

    How did you construct the invisible hinge? Neat design feature.

    (Was just thinking how often I've struggled with regular visible hinges 😬😁)
