February 17Feb 17 This is going to be my next project of scroll sawing/carving. I want to make a couple of these but first. have to figure out how the support rod attaches to the back of the heart(s). About 6" tall and 4 1/2" wide.
February 18Feb 18 Author My blanks are cut out. I had trouble with mt Craftsman jig saw and will have to do some cleanup, on the insides, with gouges.
February 19Feb 19 Is it just me or are the hearts in the original slanted, with the bottom further out than the top. If that is the case then you could use something like a pocket hole (that doesn't go all the way though) and a matching taper cut into the dowel.
