Is it Monday already???????

It does FEEL like Monday, doesn't it.

 

Still doing some research on the Trent Bosch "impossible" turnings. Started a test and learned a lot about the sequence of steps. The "impossible" part is going to take quite a bit more research.

We got over a 105 degree weekend, and finally it may cool down this week, we have some lovely storm clouds and possible rain, a very welcome sight here in So KAL.

I installed another window in our home over the weekend, it was definitely "LABOR" day weekend!

Awesome weekend including the weather. Should have been working on dozens of things but accomplished nothing. Yesterday, daughter, SIL, and all four grandkids spent most of the day with us. It's been awhile since we've all been together. Lots of good food and just a relaxing day.

 

Youngest grandson has a middle school soccer match at home field. I still know most of nothing about soccer. Middle school is a combined 6th-8th grade team. He's getting more and more playing time; apparently he's pretty good at his position.

 

Rest of the week will be focussed on outside work; the summer is drawing to a close much too fast.

Great to hear about your grandson Gramps! Love watching kids in sports, it's fun.

As far as Summer goes, done with it here, 105 plus degrees and a 450 dollar a month electric bill during the Summer, ya, I'm done.

Still recovering from all the sales this weekend...was back in the shop, today...

Fitting pieces together as this socket drawer organizer slowly takes shape.

Finished painting the new shop Monday morning and started hauling stuff to it. Tomorrow have some friends helping get equipment moved. This afternoon I hooked up the trailer to be ready for morning and discovered that the spring support for one wheel was broken . Luck was that one of the guys was bringing his trailer.
