New Server Observation (Resolve)

Featured Replies

I've noticed, when using my iPhone, if I go to the site- from an email notification- the reaction emojis don't always work and posting a reply seems to take a very long time. I often get the message that "something went wrong". Also, some replies to a post fail to get registered. If I refresh the site page then things seem to be OK until the next time I respond to a post. Access from my PC works OK. Using Google to access site on both devices.

Thanks for the report! I'll look into this ASAP, and I'll report back what I find.

Lew, give it a try again.

The emojis we had are old and outdated and non compatible with our core software 2 or 3 versions ago, this is not a New Server issue, this is something that has plagued us for some times now, many have reported in the past the emojis seemed to not load, or hung things up, I shut the old emojis off for now and left the core native emojis in place, so give it a whirl and try posting and using the native core emojis, hopefully it works better now.

Thanks sir

Thanks! Seems to be working OK, so far. Let you know if something acts wonky.
