Popular Post aaronc Posted July 23 Popular Post Report Posted July 23 I ran into Dewey this morning with my coffee. Turn the volume on if you watch it,..acoustics are great. Not a power tool one used as far as I could find. Not many hand tools for that matter. Gerald, DuckSoup, John Morris and 4 others 4 1 2 Quote

Grandpadave52 Posted July 24 Report Posted July 24 Loved the video. A simpler time back in 1975 especially in Appalachian, Kentucky. A very resourceful man who knew how to make do with what was at hand. Would have loved to have spent time with him and bought one of his chairs. Thanks Aaron for sharing. I truly enjoyed it...took me back in time. lew, HARO50 and aaronc 3 Quote
Popular Post John Morris Posted July 24 Popular Post Report Posted July 24 I've watched this video a few times before, it never gets old, I loved it, and still love it today, thanks for sharing here Aaron! I always get a crack outta his greeting when the neighbors pass by in their car. The attention this craft is getting today is wonderful, chairmaking is back in a big way over the last few years, specifically the raw form of chair making. Love this craft! lew, Gerald, aaronc and 2 others 5 Quote

I love them! On my bucket list is to make seats like those, it's a process but I love it. Beautiful chairs there sir! Look at that figure in the first chair's front and rear legs. Is that the one you refinished? aaronc, Headhunter, Grandpadave52 and 2 others 5 Quote
