Hi all. New to this forum, but not new to wood finishing.  I've been French polishing wooden items for years but recently stumbled upon a product called Restor a finish. I can't get my head round.it. it seemingly has magical properties to eliminate white rings and scratches.

Can anyone explain what it is and how to use it.
