My fault, I jumped the gun and purchased this shed online without verifying the actual dimensions, it advertises as a 4' x 8', I knew from experience it wouldn't be exact so I was ready for a inch or two on the lesser side of the overall, but who in the tarnation would add to the width! I was expecting to be able to frame up a floor and use a standard 4x8 sheet of ply, I thought I'd have to reduce the size of the floor a couple inches here and there, but not add to it! 51.6 Inches??????

Make the frame 4X8 and then bolt a 4x4 on the back even with the plywood.

Or to balance it out I could screw up a 2x4 on each side outside?

Yes bolt outside.  Wouldn't hurt my feelings.  More money though.
