Orange stripper

Featured Replies

Anybody know the best way to to get dry orange stripper out of the pores? I used stripper afterwash (the best name for any product ever) with a green pad to take off the stripper when it was still wet. Then washed that off with mineral spirits. After it dried I had residue in the pores and some of the tight crevices. Denatured alcohol and a brush got most of it but it’s still down in the pores.

I'd probably use acetone.  I  used it for a rinse when I used NMP stripper.

Acetone applied with 000 steel wool worked.
