The one on the right is now 16 and her sister is 14. The beds were given to another young family and replaced with "big girl" beds, last year.

My 'triple bunk" was for our home for visiting grandkids.   I converted a daughter's loft bed into a bunk for her twin sons.  Then later made bunks that convert to twin beds for two other sets of granddaughters.  Then when one set got separate bedrooms, converted her twin bed into a loft bed.

@kmealy Man, they got their use out of them!!

 

I wanted to make the double decker so it could be broken down as the girls grew but their mother nixed the idea.
