Saw Smith Yuba Magna RAS - Working Machine: Parting Out

Featured Replies

I bought this saw with the intention of restoring it and using it. However, I have been unable to find the few parts I want for it to meet my needs and intended use. Therefore, I am now selling it in pieces in the hopes that someone else can benefit from my loss.

This is a fully functional machine. The motor runs fine without any noise. The speed dial works. When a blade was on it, it would make cuts. All levers and locks work properly. The on/off switch is missing the plastic "ON" cap, but the switch still works.

If you need parts for your machine, please contact me. I'm also willing to sell the saw complete "as-is". I only hope to recover the small amount I paid for the saw. Located in Jacksonville, NC.

Complete saw - $125

Parts - $5-75, depending on the parts.

Last call for parts! I'm getting ready to send the remainder of this machine to the metal recyclers.

Been away for a couple weeks. Hope the sales continue to process.

Prayers to you for safety and no disruptions due to the aftermath of Helene.

Thanks for thinking of us @Grandpadave52. I'm in eastern NC, so we only got heavy rain and wind. The catastrophic damage was in the western part of the state.

As for the machine, most of it has sold. I'm left with the column, arm, and sliding carriage for the motor. Basically, all the stuff that doesn't typically wear out. I was surprised at how many parts people wanted.

Thankful you missed the worse. Saw the Asheville area was hit hard and both I-40 & I-26 had closures due to bridge compromises. I've traveled both numerous times. My hearts out to those in those regions with the severe flooding and mudslides.
